jason | Nice little store with an pretty good selection. Lots of local brews available but a couple coolers of the improts and micros. Prices are pretty decent.

IPFreely | Smaller liquor store tucked away from the main drag of Main Street. Average selection at best, mostly some local beers from the Bar Harbor area and a few decent imports. Meh, not really worthwhile unless you really want to buy some local beers that you can get from the source a short drive away or some imports that you can probably get at home

MartinT | Decent little liquor store in an alley branching out of Bar Harbor’s main drag. They had an satisfying selection of Maine beers, with the cruel exception of Allagash beers. They also do not carry Maine Coast beers, even though the brewery is a mile or so from their store. Odd, once again. Other than that, the import selection was quite small, which is normal for Maine, but I did get a 4-pack of Abbaye des Rocs Grand Cru, which was quite pleasing. Nothing special here really, but it’s most probably the best store selection you’ll find on Mount Desert Island.

Hawksfan17 | I found this store by accident when my sister wondered down an alley. It has a nice selection of all the local brews. I picked up a Bar Harbor brew as well as a beer from Orono.

muzzlehatch | Tiny little store (every store in BH is tiny, though) with a nice little beer selection highlighting most everything that’s available in the area -- you can get all the Bar Harbor and Atlantic stuff here, as well as touristy Maine crap. Friendly service.
