One of the better beer stores in New England, let alone Maine. Not the typical beer geek store, with aisles and aisles of stuff and in fact, they only really have 3 shelves and 2 cooler doors of beer. However, they always have an interesting selection and always have Allagash and Andrews (what more do you need?). Fantastic prices on everything, singles and more, with always some oddball keg can and magnums of stuff. (Had a keg can of Schlenkerla Marzen recently). Often they have stuff in a $1 sale bin. I recently purchased 3 bottles of De Dolle Dulle Teve from this sale bin, quite happily. Lots of random Belgians/Germans/Czech and other weird stuff too. But my favorite part, I’d have to say, is the sake and mead/cider selection. Not as much mead/cider, but always tons of interesting (and high quality) sakes that you cant find elsewhere in New England. Great shopping for food here too.

This was great, a real potpourri of different things. Plenty of ME micros plus all kinds of others - Smuttynose, DFH, Unibroue, Rogue, some obscurities. They had 3 different Schlenkerlas, 2 of which I didn’t know were available in ME! Found a Unibroue Quelque-chose from 2002, a LeCoq Imp Stout, from 2001. They had great big bottles of Chouffe, stuff like that. I almost missed alot of it because it was on the other side of the aisle from the cooler and I didn’t notice it at first. Fun to check out and not too far off Rte 1.
