Excellent selection of both imported beers and american craft beer. I am surpised that no one has rated this yet on ratebeer.com given that this is a very highly rated destination on beeradvocate.com. You name the beer that is available in the region, and they might have it. Found a bottle of Sam Adams Triple Bock here along with a host of other excellent beers. No Lost Abbey, Stone, or Trappist Rochefort offerings (like Charles Street) but this store is worthy of a trip.
