| dogfish120love | This store is massive in size with the best selection in the area. Anything that you can get at other western, MA stores you can get hear plus more. they no longer carry alesmith which is a disapointment, but nobody in western, ma does anymore, because of distribution issues. They do however have a decent selection of southampton, stone, avery, DFH, and they just got Boris the crusher. As for belgian brew they have Roch 10, ST B 12, and Achel to name a few.

| chrissy | My favorite shop by far. Has changed since Big Y bought it, but overall for the good. Well worth the hour car ride.

boto | They have now officially changed their name to Table and Vine. A great selection of beers from all over the US and the world. They even have Lost Abbey and Alesmith bees as part of their stock. I usually go up there every couple of months and stock up!

puboflyons | This is one of the best places to buy micros, macros, imports, and generally hard to find beers. Prices are pretty reasonable. There are a lot of beers here I have never seen anyplace else in New England. I visit this place at least once or twice a year. Worth the trip. I give this a very high rating

Sammy | A must stop if you are passing through this large and modern lquor store sports a good long three rows of beer, with anything new in abundant supply. Lots of Alesmith, which the other stores were sparser in. Easy to find. Good selection of deli. Physical help is available. Convenient to the highway though it was a bit tricky and took a couple of u-turns to find-the first time. Prices are average. I am glad this was the last stop on the tour, to fill in on beers I could not get elsewhere.

gputty | This store has an absolutely amazing selection. Only a quick stop, and was a little overwhelmed, so a second visit is in order. Highly recommended.

Rastacouere | Very good store with a well disposed selection, plenty of other craft products besides beer. Clean shelves, typical great MA store, though certainly surpassed in terms of rarities by Julio’s. Lots of staff apparently, though they were not so helpful with a code problem at the cash. Lots of imports, lots of micros, availability in singles.

jjpm74 | This is one of the best package stores in the Massachusetts area in terms of availability of product. I just picked up Curieux (second batch), Raison d’Extra, Weyerbacher Quad, Jopen Koyt, Rochefort 6 and a bunch of others too numerous to list. They also stock McNeills, Hyland and Berkshire.

| steerpike | Used to love this place, but they recently caved to their Big Y corporate overseers and dedicated several former micro fridges to macroslime. Sacrificed quality beer space for profits from 30-pack sales. Their wine selection remains probably the best in New England, though. And their import selections are still staggering. Great domestic selection, too, but since last year it’s grown static, very few new additions, many dusty bottles, and Spirithaus in Amherst has overtaken T&V as the area’s best US micro selection. Probably because Spirithaus is more interested in providing good products and doesn’t have to pathetically pander to Big Y’s bottom line. The gourmet food selection is nice, though from friends who worked there heard that cheese is routinely wiped of mold and repackaged, and "fresh" bread is shipped frozen, then thawed before display. Despite my many gripes, still a great beer selection. Just wish that selection wasn’t in decline.

MaiBockAddict | Second stop on Dave and Mary’s Western MA tour. Looking for a good selection of beers that are available in MA? good place to stop. Picked up six different sixers including Founders, Stone Coast, Wachusset, and Off Shore. Had many more to select from. Picked up a few Berkshire brews, and several other larger bottles that I had not had before. The have a couple of Midnight Sun selections as well. A convienient stop right off of I91.
