May 28, 2008 This place cracks me up. It’s so stereotypically Upper Peninsula, it’s basically a family restaurant and NASCAR lounge blended with some mediocre-to-poor microbrew. From the drop ceilings to the stained booths to the local mining americana on the walls, this place is 100% Yooper. Service was fine and friendly. I missed hearing the word, Yous guys. The menu is really bland and has a lot of meat on it. There are samples and all the prices are fair. Even if the beers and food aren’t a draw, this place is worth visiting because of how well it captures the middle-american Upper Peninsula version of a brewpub. |
