| walleye (15), Sterling Heights, Michigan | | January 13, 2008 Finally got to go here for dinner. went today, sunday. only a few table with customer the bar area was pretty full. liked the ambiance was a little noisey for the few people that were there. food was great I had the catfish my wife had the salmon ravioli and my mon had the white fish all were very well perpared and tastey. now to the importent part the beer started with the sampler of 7 beers before dinner all were very good. I chose the golden pilsner to have with my catfish. If you are ever in the area this is a must stop for dinner and beer | | Aggie80 (14), Michigan | | September 3, 2005 Excellent place for dinner and beer drinking. Up scale but not snobbish, the food is excellent and reasonably priced. Visit prior to catching a show or concert in the area and you’ll make points with the Significant other and get your beer fix in. And one doesn’t feel out of place with well behaved children. Some very good beers, too! | | Eyedrinkale (129), Beer Town, New York | | June 21, 2005 Not a bad place (but I say that because it’s walking distance to my house). Go during Happy Hour which is until 7:00 where you can get $2 pints of their six or so beers. HH appetizers are good and about $4. The best selection is the porter. Nice wine selection as well. | | Brad (16), Royal Oak, Michigan | | March 30, 2005 [ Updated June 28, 2005 ] Nice place to meet friends for drinks and appetizers. Not to bright, but it also doesn’t have every light turned off, creating the perfect ambiance. The food is amazing, seafood mostly, with burgers and other typical pub dishes. They always have at least 4 or 5 beers on tap from their own brewery. The wait staff is very friendly, and the waitresses are for the most quite attractive. Definately my local hangout when I feel like getting out of the house. |
