Gooner8110 (3), Michigan does not count - explanation | | February 1, 2005 Too bad they’re closed. | | ClarkVV (89), Allston, Massachusetts | | October 25, 2004 Forgot to rate this one. Awesome selection, best of the Merchants Triad in Michigan. Always some interesting belgians (good priced vintage Saison de Pipaix was a plus). Always a full variety of locals with the beers sectioned off nicely in to belgian, english, german, and american domestic and local. Prices are hit or miss, as some beers you can get for a steal, others are overpriced. Full Avery lineup, J.W. Lees barrel aged beers, de dolle oerbier reserva, etc. | | hopdog (177), Lansdale, Pennsylvania | | August 26, 2004 Nice selection. I picked up a few vintage J.W. Lees Harvest Ales (’98 & ’00), Fullers Vintage 2001, a bunch of Belgians and a bunch of Mid-West Local Beers. I’m glad I drove to Detroit as I lugged back a lot of beer. |
