Very good wine people who have done a nice job with beer. They carry B United and Mobev distributed beers, which gives them a great in store selection and they can special order more. Single set up is very solid. Have been site for Beer Appreciation Classes from Communiversity. Close to 75th street and Waldo Pizza. Closed 2006.

the underdog in the KC scene, but well worth a visit. tiny by comparison to gomers or royal, but this place is still my favorite. Their selection includes Rogue, Caricole, Delirium, Chimay, Lev, Duchess Du Bergoyne (sp?) Cooper’s, and sell many by the single bottle (like Cooper’s vintage) and offer a 10% discount when you buy 6 singles. reasonably priced, with a friendly staff, including the owner. go on fri or sat @ 5pm for free wine tastings, and check out the fine cheeses too.
