Having lived in Germany 10+ yrs, this is probably the most authentic German restaurant I’ve found in the States. They have home-made brotchen and wurst, awesome spatzle, just-like-in-Germany salads and above average German entrees. To top it all off they have a quality lineup of German beers on draft, heavily favoring the Paulaner line, plus a broad selection of German bottles to peruse. Next to the Crescent Moon/Huber Haus downtown, this place has by far the best selection of beers from the fatherland in the area ... and the food is awesome. Stop by, especially during their awesome outdoor Oktoberfest activities.
