It is interesting to see a one-man operation work as well as this. Sam Spilker is a genius!!! Mad props to Sam for doing what he does with what little resources he has. Hopaluia is one of the greatest beers in the world "my opinion" Foggen lager is very good too. Lite and crisp leaves you wanting more.

This is a fun stop for the beer lover. If you find yourself in the middle of nowhere like Cortland, you certainly should meet Sam Spilker and see his homemade brewery complete with hand canning device. Sam’s a nice guy and his beers are pretty good. Support your local brewery!
