Caveat Emptor! There’s a reason why the owner of this place is sarcastically referred to as "Friendly Frank." No one can stand the guy! He’s the rudest chap I’ve ever encountered. If you set foot in his shop, he’ll very likely insult you, if he speaks to you at all. If you find yourself in need of emergency homebrewing supplies in Omaha, go next door to Cornhusker beverage. Do yourself a favor, avoid Fermenter’s Supply.
