The only thing that I felt was worth the time or money during my entire Vegas experience was this place. The beers were reasonably priced at $5 (versus the common 6-8 elsewhere for worse beer), with the sampler at $5 featuring a generous 5 pours of about 3-4 ounces. The food was solid, the atmosphere was calm and relaxed. There were no video poker machines built into the bar, no flashing blinking lights, none of the gold covered crap-fest that is the rest of the city. Not too far from the strip, some solid lagers, good service, tasty food.
| | Strykzone (40), Wood River, Illinois | | August 18, 2009 Stopped here and found a very nice restaurant / brewpub. Lots of people making lots of noise. A fun place. Food was good. Beer was pedestrian. Our waitress was not well informed. Decent beer, slightly better meal, but a nice atmosphere. | | Cletus (175), Connecticut | | April 17, 2009 Stopped here for a quick dinner after visiting the Atomic Museum which is just around the corner. The place itself is a large typical brewpub. The selection featured well crafted lagers and the food was 1/2 price. Service was great. I also visited the location at Gate D at the airport which featured 3 of their taps and was also friendly. | | knightdr (12), Valrico, Florida | | November 20, 2008 Had a rehearsal dinner here in a private room. Beer was appropriate for a wide range of beer drinkers. Food was very good. Service decent/not beer related. Beers were solid. | Droptank (3), Spring, Texas does not count - explanation | | October 25, 2008 I was in Vegas recently and I thought I would stop in because I had never tried the beer before. I ordered a sample which was pretty good, but the service took away from EVERYTHING. Absolutely horrible, and I mean HORRIBLE service. I ordered a pint of the Blonde Bock after my sampler and never saw my waiter again. I had to go to the bar and order again, and our hummus appaetizer, which is uncooked mind you took longer to get than the people next to us who orderd steaks and such. I used to be a waiter and ty to give everyone in the service industry the benefit of the doubt, but I was burned sharply and probably will never stop by there agin. What a bummer | | MIBRomeo (115), Wisconsin | | September 16, 2008 not much to say about this place, didn’t try the food.. service sucked, psuedo upscale atmosphere and not very good beer. | | kp (11), Woodstock, Georgia | | May 13, 2008 It’s Gordon Biersch. It’s Las Vegas. Not sure what else I can add.

Very much the typical Gordon Biersch as far as the atmosphere, food, and beer goes. It is located a couple of blocks off the strip so it is lower in tourist traffic making it a mix of local meat market and Vegas. | | mnurda (22), Winnipeg, Manitoba | | July 7, 2006 Very noisy, and kind of annoying. Would not go back. | | piscator34 (25), Winnipeg, Manitoba | | June 21, 2006 Definitely a nice looking establishment. The service was average at best, and our server knew next to nothing about the beers. The food tasted ok, but was a bit on the $$$ side. Nothing special. | | Headbanger (44), Aurora, Illinois | | May 24, 2006 Nice wide open area. Definitely was not impressed with the brews. |
