July 15, 2009 one of three spots to grab a craft beer in a small propellar airport with few gates. The otehr two being the Samuel Adams before security and after. You must clear security to get to this one, on the left at gate 8 upstairs, so it is a bit more difficult to find than the large cafteria that is Sam Adams, and it is not near the Canadian gate on the other end. However, it offers some privacy as is a microsism of their main pub in Portsmouth, and 5 taps, essentially their mainstays. A cut above the Sam Adams in beer and styling, and one of the 3 little gems for a little airport. |
October 9, 2005 I was really surprised to see this little Smuttynose restaurant/bar when flying out of Manchester International Airport. Pretty much just like any other airport bar, but hey, it has beer from the 27th best brewery in the world. A nice send off when preparing for any flight. |
