Updated 1/25/16: As of a few months back this place was closed. It is now an ACME grocery on the same site which does not have alcohol from what I can recall.


Update 7/27/15: Just stopped in here recently and they now have a mix your own 6 pack thing. The beer options are still poor, but at least you can get 6 different mediocre beers all mixed together!


Original Rating (2014): Not sure this place really needs to be on here. The do sell beer, but they don’t have a ton of craft at all. You’ll usually see some 6-packs here and there of some of the easy to find craft beers if you can find them behind the giant displays for the seasonal Sam Adams or discounted liquor of the week. It’s a place to grab beers if area nearby by or if (as is usually my case when I buy from here) already there to get food, but it is certainly not a destination.

used to be a go to place years ago when i beleive it was a foodtown. back then it was clean seemed modern and had some good brews at good prices. i suppose it’s Just as nice now but A&P just hasn’t kept the same appeal the last 3, 4 generations.
