Located right off the Van Wyke expressway. This beer store is an excellent beer stop for Queens residents.

This place has a pretty good third-world country selection. If you’re looking for beers from countries like Georgia, Paraguay, Honduras, Guatemala, and others that are harder to find then this place is perfect. The overall selection is decent, with moderate prices. The guy working there was really nice, and helpful. I let him know I was "with ratebeer.com" and he immediately showed interest to help me look around. Nothing to go out of the way for, but it’s a decent, generic distributor.

The selection was decent, nothing special, though the place was a total mess. Dirty as hell, beers everywhere, nothing labeled or priced, old beer everywhere you looked, and un-airconditioned, even in the 100 degree heat we’ve been having. 2005 octoberfests should NOT be on the shelves in the middle of a scorching 2006 summer. Gimme a break. There was a walk-in cooler (which in turned out I wasn’t supposed to be in), which, while even messier more unorganized, had some interesting older brews, and at least stayed cold. I managed to find a 2003 Old Stock Ale. There was also a Chimay Grand Reserve magnum behind the counter, right against the ceiling, 2001, which I thought about getting but opted against it, due to the extreme heat. And it was $30. Don’t bother with this place.
