A winking lizard. A great old standby. Parking can be a little tricky at times at this location. They have a decent sized enclosed patio. My impression is that the servers here are a little less beer knowledgeable than other locations.

On a cold, wet, winter Wednesday eve, this place was loud and happy. Nice selection, good dinner bargain special. Non-smoking due to recent change.

I can go back here again and again. Got to visit during the 100 beers World Festival event. The place is pure pubstyle with a nice covered balcony and a big old lizard Erma there to greet all visitors. The Buffalo Chicken wrap was spectacular. A variety of brews available that I will NEVER see in Ontario. I’ll be back to Akron again soon.

Usually has about 18 beers on draught, some rotate monthly including the "Beer of the Month ("Keep the Glass Special"), "Hoppy, Hoppy", Belgian, and Seasonal handles. Also has over 100 bottles, some of which rotate yearly. Good drink and food specials every day for happy hour. A great place to drink and eat. Fodd selection is typical, but their wings and burgers are quite tasty! !!!Achtung!!! - The bottle prices are pretty high (sometimes 300% or more of bottleshop prices!).

This was a fun place. Plenty of good beer and great food. I went there on a business trip and ate there 4 out of 5 nights. (made wrong choice first night) Plenty of great beer to choose from. The place was jumping. I couldn’t get a spot at the bar any night there. Parking was a little crowded, but they have other business’s lots after a certin time.

Lots of locations in Cleveland/Akron/Canton areas and 2 in Columbus now. Lots of "bar" food selections, with casual dinner menu. About 100 + different beers to try aside from macro swill. The owners are big into craft and good beer so it’s worth making it into any one of these occasionally since their draft selection changes frequently. Usually good service, inexpensive good consistent meals, and a casual atmosphere. Lots of TV’s in all locations, and a beer glass of the month promotion.

Located near Summit Mall in Fairlawn not far from I-77. Parking is tricky due to a 1-way situation.

Inside, the bar is at the rear with restaurant seating around it. Sports memorabilia adorns the wall, and they have a nice selection of tap handles. TVs are everywhere.

The beer selection beats just about anybody in the area. There are 100+ bottled, and around 16 on draught. The bottled beers run the gamut from Stone, North Coast, GLBC, Victory, Bell’s etc. There are a couple of gems on tap too such as Arrogant Bastard and GLBC Dortmunder Gold. Also, they have a monthly featured beer that comes with a glass.

Winking Lizard has a great beer club. If you try either 50 or 100 (depending on what time of year) beers in the tour, you get a jacket. It costs $10. And you don’t get sacked with a bunch of macros you have to try along the way.

The service was good, as I was there for a late lunch. The bartender genuinely wanted to know what I thought of the beers I tried which I thought was nice.

The food here is above average pub fare. The wings are better than BW3 (about the same as Quaker Steak & Lube), and the Patty Melt at this location was pretty good.

This is a great spot to hit, and be sure to check out Mustard Seed Market, Acme, World Market and Thirsty Dog, all of which are in the same area.
