Geisen Haus is German restaurant/bar tucked away off I-77 in North Canton. The parking lot is fairly small but it is only a problem on weekend nights.
Geisen Haus has a nice authentic German look and feel, and the floor is consistently covered with peanut shells. They have a glass case full of different beer bottles right near the entrance, and the interior is dark with a lot of wood. The bar is along the rear wall.
The bar also has a nice little beer club that offers rewards such as a stein as you try more and more of their beers. There are some really unique beers to try to earn the prizes. Unfortunately you have to drink a Corona at some point. They are also one of the last places where you could find Blimp City Black Ale, which was their house draught.
Service has been consistently good any time I have visited.
The food is a nice mix of bar food and traditional German fare. Geisen Haus is known for its sausage, so make sure to try it if you are eating. There is also plenty of popcorn to eat.
