This place was rather a drag. Maybe you’ll find yourself at home if Sport is your thing... like the hockey or the "football". Otherwise the atmosphere is rather drab, all done up in white. (I did like the "staircase to nowhere" at the entrance, though.) Taps were common and few. This was a waste of time. We should have stayed at Chaucer’s.

Located in an old house on Dundas street, almost plop in the centre of what seems to be a hotel haven, lies the Oxford Arms. Rob has been open here for only 16 months, and has already created a comfortable homey atmosphere for his clients. Staff are friendly, know their beers, and are chatty friendly, which is always nice. Place is huge, with several large, high ceiling rooms which you can take your pick from. Nice fireplace too! They had some micro taps along with some rarer imports for this area. I will try the food next time, as the menu looked bloody promising! I’ll be back! Thanks for the hospitality Rob!
