| frylock (37), Buffalo, New York | | December 30, 2005 As Buck Dich said, make sure you call ahead if you want to visit, as this is just a working brewery that doesn’t really do tours. The brewers are very nice and accomidating guys though. I met Buck Dich and Sham here on there way through town, and we were given generous samples of all the kegs they had tapped. One of the lesser known, but better breweries in Oregon. | | BückDich (215), McCall, Idaho | | March 11, 2005 Make sure to call ahead and arrange something before coming and just expecting a tour or tasting unless you’re just picking up a keg. We came on a bad day for the brewer but he still let us take a look around and let us taste a few beers they have on in the walk-in cooler. Nice looking brewery, very cool staff, would have loved to have a pint with him if he weren’t in the middle of brewing that day. Worth a visit to find out the source of the legendary Caldera. |
