Made a special trip out to Estacada, not only to check out Fearless, but try their well publicized Maibock. I had gotten their sampler plate which is a great deal for a lot of beer. The beers ranged from great (their IPA, Brown, Strong Scotch) to mediocre (Pale Ale). Food is fried and yummy, what you may expect from a bewpub. Our server was friendly and efficient. It’s worth checking out.

Had a great time when I came through here. Came up to have lunch and hang out with Ken. Tasted through the entire selection and got to try the maibock. Great place with decent food and beer. If you are on the way upto Mt. Hood, stop on in.

A great brew pub in the middle of no where. Need to be doing something out there to even want to go. The brew was pretty good. The brewer will give a tour if ask and he is very nice. The food is so so. Not far from the Mountian and loved the little town feel. I mean little.

Ther brewpub is in the middle of Estacada’s tiny business district, very nice , typical of small town America that seems to be dissapearing at a fair rate nowadays. It wasnt very busy on an early Sunday afternoon, a few tables were full on the right hand side as you walk in, this is the restuarant side of the business,it looked very tidy and spacious, booths and tables in light pine. Nice lighting. To the left is a small bar area with a nice comfy sofa looking out into Broadway. Loads of old pictures and memorabilia. There were 8 taps but only 5 in use , they had a Scottish Ale, Porter,IPA ,Pale and a seasonal Strong Scotch ale, which i had a pint of and found pleasant. The service i recieved was very friendly and I easilly struck up a conversation with the bar maid. The food looked good, though I never had any. All in all it seemed a nice place in an old fashioned ex-logging town. PS my mom in law says this used to be the hardware store!

This is the only one in town. It’s a drive from Portland, but a nice place to go. I had all 7 of their beers and enjoyed them all. Their seasonal strong scotch ale was very good and worth the drive. The food is ok, but you should go there just for the food.

Small downtown location in Estacada. The drive here is awesome, as good or better than the drive along 14 to Walking Man. Make sure to take Redland Rd. though or you’ll miss it! Outside there’s several pieces of plastic patio furniture for the outside seating. Inside there’s a small bar with a few seats (see picture) as well as some comfortable looking couches and recliners. Projection tv, mainly a bright pine made establishment. Vintage family pictures hang around the walls of this place and the restaurant and brewery are open to see. There’s a pool table/bar area that’s seperated from the rest of the place by a rope. The service was very good, I got to speak with the brewer for most of my visit and he seemed like a great guy who really knew his beer. He does have dozens of his homebrewing metals hanging on the wall (see picture). The beer selection was alright with 5 of their own beers and 3 guest taps of which were Terminal Gravity IPA & Triple and Walking Man Cherry Stout. Good choices! Didn’t try any food. Overall this is worth the 30 minute drive out of Portland for a scenic drive with a destination worthy of a beer geek. Very tasty Porter, Brown and Bavarian Weizen.
