| phishpond417 (20), Green Bay, Wisconsin | | August 31, 2008 Visited here in 2006, awesome place. So many brews on tap it’s unthinkable. Portland is a great place to sit down and have a fresh cold beer. If you make it it town, check out the Rogue Public House
. | | Biddle_Brau (11), Midland Park, New Jersey | | August 21, 2008 What I’d expect from a Rogue pub. Old building charm, lots of Rogues on taps with a handful of guest handles. Took the 2:00 distillery tour to sample their rums and gin. I’ll stick to their tastey brews.
| rthbass (6), Vancouver, Washington does not count | | August 17, 2008 [ Updated September 18, 2008 ] Pretty good pub. Very good beer! | | Beer_2000 (12), Kristiansand, Norway | | July 31, 2008 Visited exactly at the opening hour. Service where irreproachable, the bartender spontaneous start serving samples even as I told him I was only there for a pint. Plenty of different beers to choose between. I did not try the food, but it looks great. | | stchloe (11), Portland, Oregon | | July 27, 2008 I truly do love the beer and food but the service is kind of jank. God forbid you look young or like you are just coming in for a beer. Seriously you just become invisible. Plus when its busy you cannot find a table because for whatever reason its all seat yourself. Its fun to battle for a seat. | sbybeerguy (5), California does not count | | July 4, 2008 was there immediately after visiting deschutes brew pub for lunch and a couple of pints. really impressive on tap beer menu on the chalkboard that is directly over the taps. we’re very limited on the rogue selections in the so. cal. area so i was in 7th heaven here. i tried rogue’s imperial russian stout on tap which was delicious. the bartender, biscuit was a real charcter and the bar area had a nice, well used-well worn pub look to it. a lot of character as well. the dining areas were a bit bland looking and we didn’t get a chance to try the food as i mentioned before, had visited deschutes for lunch. looking forward to sampling more of the rogue taps and trying the food in subsequent visits to the portland area!
| cathcacr (8), Portland, Oregon does not count | | May 19, 2008 One of my favorite beer places in PDX. Along with a standard seasonally-available Rogue lineup, there are other beers including Arrogant Bastard regularly on draft. The beer cheese soup is recommended, though I’m not sure their other menu items are as memorable. Friendly, helpful staff, and for a pub, the selection is commendable. It’s in the downtown area and parking is not exactly easy.
| | BrewDad (188), Olympia, Washington | | May 13, 2008 [ Updated September 16, 2008 ] This is always a great place to visit. One of the first brew pubs in all of Portland it has the feel and look of an old Micro-pub. Great beers and the food is pretty good. This is in an old part of Portland and fits the bill. You will find some great beers on tap and by the bottle. The service at times can be sketchy but that is to be expected in the old part of town and being an older pub. You will get the Rogue experience full tilt. | | Feinschmecker (29), Seattle, Washington | | March 30, 2008 They have at least 20 beers on tap and as usual they were packed. In addition they had several guest taps. I had the Kobe Tatare which was especially good and a first to see in a brew pub. I tried the Imperial red ( very good) and the chamomile beer (more like tee), but still interesting. | | BDR (48), Roseville, Minnesota | | January 24, 2008 Very nice place with plenty of memorabilia lying around. Excellent selection of Rogue beers including some non-standard stuff and a respectable list of guest beers. Food was excellent as was the service. | View Page : 1 2 3 4
