Somewhat hidden down what seems like an alley but is actually 3rd street. Roy Pitz operates on the ground/basement floor of a large red brick building, and inside there’s little in the way of decorations or even seating, it’s basically just a large collection of pots, fermentation tanks and kegging equipment, but the folks here were being hospitable and eager to show me around and talk for a while. Got to try the watermelon lager from the keg and it was solid. Neat little operation, said they’d have a tap room/gift shop up soon, and their reach is growing in the region.
