Visited 3 August 2008 (Sunday) at 6PM. Nice atmosphere, good service at the bar. Bartender was aware of RateBeer and Beer Advocate. Better than average calamari. Beers were average to good - nothing bad - but nothing that stands out.
BEERS (sampler of 7-4 oz beers for $8) - see www.BuildABeer.org for detailed beer ratings.

A mix between a vodka bar and an upscale club. It isn’t exactly what you picture a brewpub to be like. The service was good and I did not have the food. I tried a couple of their beers and they were all good but nothing really stood out. A little pricey and out of the way for what it is worth.

Went on a Friday night and got a table for two no problem. The service was exceptional. If our water glasses were half full, the server was over in a second to fill them up. The food is also very good almost reaching high end scale. They have very little veggie options though. The beer was also good but not my favorite of the brewerybars in Philly. Yes the atmosphere is yuppie-esque. It is always good after you leave to get a beer at Eulogy across the street before you go home.

Went on Sunday night so it wasn’t that crowded. Very trendy looking inside. Beers were decent, nothing great was on tap when I was there but it seems like they rotate fairly regularly. Bartender knew his stuff and was very friendly. A big plus is that it’s located right across the street from Eulogy.

visited on a recent trip to Philly... very trendy look and feel... decent service... a good selection of their own beer ranging in a variety of styles... good quality food... a high end brew pub with decent beer.

Went here on a Friday night during Philadelphia Restaraunt week. I got a burger and the tomatoe jalepeno bisque. Both were very good. The Roggenbock was on tap and it was a great beer! 3 to 4 seasonals on. An amber, honey wheat and an IPA on as their regulars. The location is a little more crowded than the New Hope location and the feel is similar...maybe a little more modern. I liked the sofas they had in the lounge area. Solid food, solid beer when in Philadelphia stop in and give them a try.

Stopped by on a Saturday at 5:30pm. Not busy at all (could be the bitter cold weather). Personally, I liked the inside (and I’m not a yuppie). Only had appetizers, which were all very good. Don’t miss the Portobello Fries. 3 seasonal beers on tap I haven’t had before, so a definite plus!

My wife and I walked across the street from Eulogy to try a beer here on a chilly evening. I’d been to the Princeton brewpub a couple times and had enjoyed it. Unfortunately I was immediately put off by the environment of this place. It comes across as a yuppie happy hour joint, with low light and reflective surfaces, and a crowd dominated by after-work 20-somethings. The impressive brewhouse looms on the level above the bar, but otherwise I’d never have pegged this as a brewpub in a blind walk-in. We shared two pints which were good enough. We were headed to the Standard Tap for dinner, so we didn’t even look at the menu. Not a fan of the modern decor but otherwise this was a decent enough place worth the stop. (Brewery #453, 11/8/2007)

the most modern and upscale brewpub I have ever been to. Beers, like New Hope and Princeton are very well made. I should say this, though- and it goes for all three Triumph locations. Their standard beers, while well-crafted are rather ordinary. It’s the seasonals that keep me coming back. Call to see what’s on tap (dont trust the website) before taking a long ride to get there. Menu is in line with the other locations, upscale and creative food that pairs very well with their beers.
