| AguynamedTodd (17), Indiana | | April 18, 2009 It’s really easy to find. Just look for the Starbucks and it’s right behind it. They have a great selection of beers. The aisles are narrow but if you’re aware of it you shouldn’t have a problem. Service is excellent and they’re very knowledgeable about their beers. Their website helped me find the beers I was looking for. Only thing I didn’t like is that they wouldn’t mix cases. I’d definitely go back, though | | Jsawyer (21), Glenside, Pennsylvania | | January 14, 2009 Not that difficult to find if you take the directions off their website, after all it is just behind the starbucks like they said. Great selection but a little pricey since its on the Main Line. They do split up cases and make variety packs which is really nice. The only down side to the place are the tight aisles. They do have cigars as well. Good service, never a problem. And I have to say the website is also extremely helpful, you always know whats in. | | willblake (59), Belcamp, Maryland | | December 7, 2008 20080613 My third trip to this store and it never fails to impress. Excellent service and prices. The selection is enormous and the only disadvantage is that, since it is in PA you have to buy by the case. Locals and Belgians abound here, though the representation of other beers is good. They also break cases into samplers so you could get, for instance, a 12 pack of Port Brewing bombers with four varieties of beer. Excellent place to hook up for case splits. I get their emails and see that they do tastings, which is awesome although I have never attended. Parking is limited in their lot, but it has not been a problem to date. | | jmm635 (33), Havertown, Pennsylvania | | October 9, 2008 I must have driven past this place 20 times before finally deciding to stop in. I’m very glad I did! Tremendous selection and a very knowledgeable staff. There is something exciting about wandering the tiny, cramped aisles among stacks and stacks of cases. Great website - you can check prices and stock quantities through email and even have an email sent to you when they restock your favorite beer. I’m very happy I live only a few miles away! | | BeerGestapo (14), Windsor, Pennsylvania | | July 17, 2008 [ Updated August 14, 2008 ] OMG, This place was harder to find then Victory !!! Behind the Starbucks. Does not look like much on the outside but inside there was a great selection of cases from all over the world. The staff was pretty cool, and they also had a nice selection of glassware. | | afireinside96 (29), Mountville, Pennsylvania | | July 12, 2008 [ Updated July 28, 2008 ] Though it was a pain in the ass to find it was well worth driving up and down Lancaster Avenue a few times. Here’s a hint: look behind Starbucks. Store is small but completely stacked with amazing import and craft beer cases. The Belgian selection is especially impressive. Friendly, helpful staff as well. If you are in the Philly area stop in, it is only about 20 minutes from Capone’s as well. | animalbmx25 (1), , Pennsylvania does not count - explanation | | July 7, 2008 Excellent distributor. Glad I live a short drive away. Even though it’s relatively small I could spend hours trying to decide what to leave with as the selection is about as good as it gets. If they don’t have what you want, they’ll do what it takes to get it. | | Funknmilla (11), Phoenixville, Pennsylvania | | June 18, 2008 A glimpse into beer heaven.....cases galore...bombers, 12 oz...even a few selected singles up by the register....very helpful staff, and they are not pushy in any way....you have the freedom to browse...I like that...I also enjoy the gathering of hand trucks at the door..its very inviting...each aisle reminds me of being in a library, except I’m reading all the beer titles instead | | FooFaa (25), Lebanon, Pennsylvania | | April 9, 2008 One of the best beer distributors in the state. Tremendous selection with some vintages and rare beers. The staff is very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Matt is one of the best beer guys in he area, and will help you find just about anything you are looking for. A can’t miss place if you are in the Philly area. | brandonk (1), does not count - explanation | | December 23, 2007 Great staff. Almost overwhelming selection of product, despite its size. There are bigger in the area but not better. The primary supplier to every decent bar in the area. I am amazed at what these guys have in stock. |
