Great ambiance, nice set up with the bar on a raised level with the restaurant. Food was pretty good and well priced, I had the Fish and Chips. Beer selection is pretty good, I had the sampler - great deal. My service was good, got to talk to one of the brewers who hooked me up with a nice sample.

Love the underground location - reminds of the Tombs in Georgetown, only with more space and much more commercial activity. Food selection and quality more than adequate and beer selection rotated regularly, though they always seem to be out of one or two things on their featured beer list. The samplers are a great deal. If the beer was more distinctive I’d come all the time

Dark smoky atmosphere in the middle of the day. Had a couple standout beers and what looked like some interesting ones in the fermenters getting ready....Worth stopping in.

Inside surprised me. Very nice looking and pleasant to eat in. I ordered their super sampler which is a 5oz glass each of everything they have on tap for $8.95 (at the time I was there, that worked out to be 9 beers!). Food was good too...

Cool place with a big square bar in the middle. Dining areas are off the center in all directions. Brewing equipment is exposed to one side. Beer is average at best. They seem to like fruit beers for some reason. Food is decent.

Rerate 08/16/05. They have a great beer sampler, their food is great, and the service has always been excellent. Their growlers are very competitively priced, too. A nice place.

Never had a problem with service, beers were always refilled quick. They no longer have a hand pump here anymore, that was removed a few months back. Food is pretty decent. This is a fun place to go when they got something special on tap.

Excellent brewpub, usually something on the handpump to enjoy, awesome food, the Ranch-spiced steak is the best, great service, attentive & friendly bartenders, relaxing atmosphere, always a great time
