September 7, 2006 Came here on a Wednesday around noonish. Rather small, quaint, place that I can see being uncomfortably crowded at times. Decor was bright and lively. They only had 5 beers on tap and their lunch menu was as scant as the beer menu. We decided to pass on the food once we saw how small the portions were. Service was fair, beer was ok. I did not go to the bathroom, so I cannot comment on that. All in all, an unmemorable place. We went here because it was one of the only brewpubs that were open for lunch. |

July 15, 2006 I went to this brewpub on a rainy saturday afternoon when it wasn’t very crowded. I understand crowds can be an issue here, but it wasn’t an issue for my visit.
I only sampled their red beer and their pale ale and both were very nice! I was suprised how good both beers were and therefore would recommend this place to friends.
Note that they don’t open their kitchen on Sat until 5PM. |

June 18, 2006 Been there a few times. Austere decor with average beers, although a few are quite worth the trip. The menu is simple and classy. Had the Onglet de Boeuf saisi, with Chipotle yogourt sauce, 9.50. Portions are small but food was good. They also have a bruch on Sat. and Sun. |

June 5, 2006 Went here on a Wednesday night. The crowd was loud and fairly young. I enjoyed sitting on the second floor balcony with a decent saison. The service was fast and easy. Nice people with a pretty cool setting. Enjoyable. I need ot try morebeers next time I get to Montreal. |

May 7, 2006 Service was satisfactory... waitress was overworked and rude at first, but warmed as the dusk turned to night. The crowd was thirtysomething and hip. Too smoky. Didn’t eat, but the menu seemed creative and ecclectic... chalkboard. The selection of beers was large, but very weak. Another cool, Montreal brewpub that falls way short on quality. |

March 20, 2006 This place is far from fancy, it is small and most all the time crowded. The beer is very good but for me, not enough choices. As for the food it is very original. It’s a place for people to meet, drink and talk. |

November 6, 2005 [ Updated November 12, 2005 ] Located just off the trendy corner of Duluth Avenue and St-Laurent, this brewpub is through and through a student and yuppie bar. The beer selection was limited to 7 beers upon my visit - of which none of them were stellar. The service was deplorable considering we sat at our table for over 10 minutes waving our hands at the 3 barstaff and waitresses. Three times we were visually acknowledged but yet still ignored. The food was decent - but well overpriced and of poor value. I ordered the mushroom & cheddar sandwich with homemade potato chips. This plate (really a 8" dish) cost $9. My brother and I sought out a shawarma afterwards... |
