The harp is a rocking good time. The live music is my favorite part, other than that, it’s nothing special. But as far as getting a good live show without a cover, this is a great place.

Cool, laid-back place. Without question the best draft selection in Ocean Beach, especially when it comes to local brews. The owners are always there and they are friendly and engaging beer enthusiasts in their own right. If it has been a while between visits, owner Tony will usually pull me aside to point out what is new on tap. Food is good, if not standard bar fare - nachos, burgers, chicken sandwiches, etc. In addition, there are a few Irish specialties like fish and chips, bangers and mash, and shepherd’s pie.

Although there are a few places in OB with more handles, this place is the best by far as far as good beers. Ballast Point, Stone, Alpine and Alesmith are represented on tap as well as the usual Guinness, Bass and Harp. My new favorite bar in OB. Catch me there.
