February 8, 2012 Great staff, recently went their and spent a large amount and was given two free bottles of vertical EPIC 2008!
I also noticed they carry Pliney the Elder which is so hard to find.
Also, noticed a very large selection of belgian style ales, not to fond of them but they have a huge selection. Big thumbs up to this place! |

March 4, 2011 I was surprised to find out that an El Cajon store had such a decent selection. Not the best service, but like the previous posts have stated, they do have some hard to find retired beers, mainly because of the low traffic volumes. |

April 16, 2010 I was told about this place by a fellow associate at work.I must say this place is a must for beer lovers. The thing that makes this great is the selection.I was able to find beers that are retired like Stone 12th anniversary bitter chocolate oatmeal stout.Overall it’s good place to go for hard to find beers. |

June 15, 2009 I checked out windy city today. They have a decent selection of beer, particularly imports. However, something that surprised me was the number of older brews that they have had sitting around for a while, like stone tenth aniv IPA. Located in an ugly neighborhood. I’m not likely to visit here often. |

May 2, 2009 A good place to check out if you’re in the area. Usually have some Vertical Epics from a few years back. Guys are always telling you about new beers they are getting. Carry Alpine too! (when they bottle which is rare now days) |

February 21, 2009 Ah windy city, a funny place with a funny vibe, I check in a good amount when I drive by. Sketchy dudes, tons of big bottles of old old old stone 10th and a number of crazy older beers. Worth checking to see what they have, prices could be better. |

August 11, 2008 A bit of a scary place with check cashing available, but lots of local stuff and older vintages. I got a bottle of Green Flash 3rd Anniversary, Stone XI, Stone 7-7-7, and Deschutes XX Black Butte. Not bad. Just ignore the shirtless guys with missing teeth buying cases of Bud. |
