So, if I’m honest. This restaurant is only almost 2 months open. It is a family restaurant. In this restaurant is EVERYTHING homemade and I really thing, thats the only restaurant in whole Regina. No one thought, that after the Leader Post, so a lot of people are coming. Everyone saw, it was under staffed and the waitress did a very well job. They tried the best. The daughter gave a lot of people discounts. If customer got the food, it was DELICIOUS. I think, everyone get a second chance and everyone should go under the week. Better to wait for awesome food. And some customer like it, to box her one food self. If someone is after one year in this restaurant, and it is the same problems, then its something wrong, but after 1 1/2 months is it very good. Dont forget, nobody is perfect and the food is awesome. The service is really really nice.

EDIT Out of business March 2012 4 taps with 3 working right now. Einbecker Dunkel Dark, Einbacker mai-ur-bock, Einbecker Brauherren Pils are the tap selections. Bottles of Coors Light, Budweiser, Molson Canadian and Erdinger Weissbier. The decor feels like a rented hall for a wedding reception. They have a large dining room that looks and feels like a mess hall. There is also a lounge with 3 TV’s and plenty of booths. The menu is loaded with typical German fare and a few deserts. The Service was probably the worst I’ve ever encountered. I had an empty glass almost the whole time we were there. I eventually asked for another drink. Our food order was lost and not realized until about 45 minutes later. We let them cook our food since we were there, then about 20 minutes later our food came out wrong. We ended up leaving without eating. The staff spent more time talking loudly to each other (probably to be heard over the loud r&b music playing) than paying attention to the 10 customers. Three of the servers were dressed in jeans and a long sleeve shirt and one was in a black evening dress. The owners were both there and seemed completely disengaged in anything. The place was pretty much a complete cluster and completely unprofessional. Customers even had to box their own leftovers. If they make it a whole year, I’ll give it another try.
