December 4, 2006 I wasn’t looking for supplies, only for ready to drink beer. The staff online and in the store were great. The best beer selection in Saskatchewan tied with Bushwakkers. |

June 1, 2005 Easily the finest brewshop on the Canadian side of the border.
The only shop in Canada to rival, or even better the all-grain shops in the SF Bay Area.
What they don’t have, they will find. Freshest yeast! Fresh/frozen hops. The best grain selection in Canada. And check this out- in addition to being a microbrewery and selling bottled beers - these guys make fresh wort kits!
Unique- I’ve never seen anything else quite like it. The shop is eclectic- be prepared for serious beer geekness- but the staff is very friendly, and there is usually one of the brewers around who can answer almost any question- or will find out the answer and call you back. |

April 19, 2005 I’ve only ordered from them online. The service was very fast. They have a huge selection compared to what I have access to locally. I was quite impressed with the freshness of their hops. They also make some pretty good beer. |

November 15, 2004 I’ve never been there, but a few months ago, I mail ordered a thermostat to transform my freezer into a cellar. It arrived in 4 days, well packed and works lke a charm + is easy to install. I’ve had great service though I have no idea how deep their selection is compared to other similar stores. The website is very functional nonetheless. |

September 22, 2004 Ratings all refer to website and phone service as I’ve not had the pleasure of travelling there in person. I have ordered brewing supplies from Paddock Wood many times both over the phone and on the website and have always received excellent service, prompt shipment, and found the prices to be reasonable. What they don’t have they can generally find for you or at least point you in the right direction to find it. An excellent online homebrew shop. |

September 14, 2004 [ Updated September 19, 2004 ] Very helpful staff that is knowledgeable and keen to assist and advise. Outstanding selection of grains (likely the best in Canada) and over 80 kinds of Yeasts. Proud of their rarer ingredients, like: dehydrated orange peels, Belgian spices, imported Chili Peppers and Vanilla Beans. Star San sanitizers ($37/quart) and PBW come highly recommended. Dozens of books on both homebrewing and beer styles. |
