Possibly one of my favourite pubs in St Andrews. The cellar and Aikmans are both unpretentious and sometimes have a folk band or similar on. Really friendly atmosphere. The staff are always nice and will talk at length about their ales, and let you try a sample of each before you buy, so you can make your mind up. The Cellar is a very bare bones pub, but they stock excellent beers from all over Europe. It is an ever rotating list so check the website. |
