Took me a bit to figure out where the place is. Very central place. Bit of a cave, small but good amount of bottles, some old wood. Lady serving was lovely, fairly knowledgeable despite being only part timing as a family member of the boss. Some choice BE, UK, NL etc. beers but more importantly solid choice selection of Slovenian craft at agreable prices as well as some choice Croatian beer. Didn’t luck out with any beers being over time but apparently it happens. Local selection isn’t huge but good beers & Slovenia doesn’t have a huge amount of craft breweries. Nice place.

Great, it took ZP to close for me to find out that my rating was at some point somehow lost, deleted or just vanished in some server fuckup. Yay. Visited July 2014. A beloved beer shop in central Ljubljana that served as one of the hubs of the fledgling Slovenian modern craft beer scene - imports were available on the shelves in the cellary but light hall, some OGs like Bevog, Pelicon and Carniola (maybe HumanFish too, though I don't remember it distinctly being there). No fridges I can remember of. Solid service. The most important shop in Ljubljana during most of it existence perhaps. Sad to see it go.

16th August 2018. A bit hard to find dark beer cavern, nice. Wide selection, we took some Slovenian and Polish brews with us. The owner is a modest guy, not the kind of person who's going to shove bottles into your face to sell them. I must say I was a bit disappointed with the prices, perhaps it was just a tad too high, but of course you can't compare a shop like this to a wholesale store... On the other hand, the expired stuff could have received a bigger discount. A tap or three would make this shop even nicer. All in all, still worth your time if you're really on a beer hunt.

Une "caverne d'Ali-Baba pour amateurs de bières" bien cachée et dans laquelle vous trouverez quasi toutes les meilleures bières Slovènes, ainsi qu'un beau choix de bières croates et autrichiennes mais aussi une belle sélection des bières internationales. Le vendeur est très sympa et de bon conseil et vous propose quelques bières à la dégustation et un frigo bien rempli pour ceux qui ne résisteraient pas à en goûter une rapidement. incontournable à Ljubljana.

The place turned to better! I don't know what changed in a year but I got much better vibe and selection got a lot better than last summer! Regarding previous review... Who has all beers refrigirated? No one in Slovenia, I think thay actualy have more than others.
