| garthicus (22), Toronto, Ontario | | February 27, 2007 Been here a couple of times, start at the first tap and make your way down, the staff are friendly and keep you topped up food is good and when the weather is good you can sit outside, my favorite pub in SA | | austinpowers (151), New York, New York | | July 18, 2006 Located at the V&A Waterfront, this bar boasts a lively scene with raucous college aged S. African undergrads getting sauced. Interesting vibe, to be sure. Solid microbrews. Lovely country, except for, oh, that whole apartheid thing. Oh, and the racial hatred. And the total lack of safety after 7pm. And the carjacking. But it’s a lovely country all the same. | | SudsMcDuff (29), was CapeTown,SA-now Houston,TX, Texas | | February 20, 2006 I went here whenever i could....the beer is always solid....very nice bartenders.....charming and quaint yet still fun and delicous. | | omhper (105), Stockholm, Sweden | | August 7, 2005 Located in one of the most touristy locations on the whole continent this brewpub still posess some local character. Beers are (or at least were, until the links between the two were broken) the same as offered at Mitchell’s in Knysna. |
