This is not a bad place, but is under the shadow of its neighbour, the J Clyde. Compared with other places in AL, their beer selection is pretty darned good. The food is pretty nice, but unremarkable, but I have to say their spinach dip is to die for. Make sure you try some of the Good People beers!

This place was okay. The only real draw is to sample the Good People beers. The staff, while friendly, didn’t know anything about the beers. The food was pretty average. Prices weren’t bad. But there are better places to visit. Like J. Clyde’s right down the road!

What a difference new ownership makes! I have been to 5 Points several times since they have re-branded and each experience has been great. The beer selection, while not overly impressive, benefits by being neighbors with the fine folks at Good People brewing. 5 Points is great place to come in and get a good meal while sampling the latest thing the gang at Good People are brewing up and do some people watching while you are at it.
