Visited many times, most recently today for lunch. Standard lineup of beers is just OK, but the special beers and firkin offerings are generally quite interesting and tasty. Additionally, the food and scene are quite good. I have always had good service. At night, this is quite a bar scene, though during meal hours is family friendly.

Beer quality is great, but beer selection is average. They usually only have about 6 or 7 different beers. The place is pleasant, but neither outstanding or poor. Usually pretty busy. Service is okay. Waitstaff never seems to know what beer is good. Beer and food is more expensive than most brewpubs, but they do have $2 draws after 10 PM and other specials. Food is very good, but it is more expensive than other places too. A great place to go.

A brewpub with a restaurant feel, this place can be a little noisy, but you can still carry on a private conversation at your table. A decent menu with typical pub fair (e.g.: 3 varieties of "fish and chips") and a few deviations. The honey-mustard grilled chicken club is killer and the steak fries on my last visit were perfect. They typically have their 5 standard brews on-tap with one to three varietals added to the mix. The beers run from "eh" to quite good depending upon the seasonals available.

Visited for Saturday dinner around 6:00 and there was a good crowd, but not too busy. A nice sized brewpub that was more on the restaurant feel. The beers were all solid for the styles, but nothing out of the ordinary. The pizza was enjoyable, but not a knock out. The service was fine and the bartenders were friendly. This seems like it would be fine for the whole family. The place didn’t knock me out, but if I was a local I would drop by on occasion and be happy with what I got.

KC’s 1st brewpub. Winner of several GABF awards and voted best brewpub in KC several times. I worked as a brewer’s apprentice here. It is the only pub offering cask conditioned ales served through a beer engine in the KC area.

Nice location. Atmosphere was pretty laid back. Beers were so-so. Food was pretty good. I hate choppy sentences. They are like nails on the chalkboard. But sometimes you can’t help it. Like this time.

This location had some decent fruit beers and some great vegetarian chile. The place was a little crowded with too many tv’s. While I was there, they onl had 4 beers on tap. A decent brewpub.

When I visted, it was packed. I did not get food. Considering how busy it was, service was great and the bartender was very friendly and referred to me on a first name basis. The beers are pretty solid, and cask beers are a nice touch. Worth a visit

I’ve been coming here since the early 90’s and 75th St. has been remarkably consistent in their beer and food quality. The service seems to have slipped in the past year (at the bar) but is usually good enough so I don’t get too pissed off. Casks were off last visit-here’s hoping the next visit finds them working again. Parking is awful-one small lot in the back often taken up by local cyclists. One of two must visits when in KCMO (McCoys being the other).
