| Dro (16), Fort Wayne, Indiana | | February 19, 2012 Limited menu but what they do they do well. Looking forward to their new location and the additional tap lines. | | VRBJG (10), Fort Wayne, Indiana | | November 30, 2011 Lucky to have a place like this in the Fort. I wish it was closer to the south side so I could visit more often. Really. Great. Pizza. They have a limited, but high-end quality selection of beers on tap. I had a Founders Dirty Bastard upon my last visit. The only negative I see for this place is that when I visit...I have to bring my family. Unfortunately it is not a very family friendly restaurant as far as service goes (logistically speaking). But really, this is the only blemish on a wonderful place to get great pizza/beer. | | clarkybsu (10), Cicero, Indiana | | March 9, 2010 Amazing restaurant. A real prize for the Fort Wayne area. The pizzas and food are amazing. I ordered the Salsiccia, which featured homeade italian sausage and it was faboluous. The beer selection is limited but includes hard to find craft beer and special tappings of firkins on occasion. I ordered Dark Horse Tres Blueberry Stout on tap and Brooklyn Brewery Black Chocolate Stout on bottle during my visit. Both were spectacular, except afte rthe pizza I was a little too full to fully enjoy the chocolate stout. Highly recommended. | hopslovin (9), Fort Wayne, Indiana does not count - explanation | | March 6, 2010 A must if in the area. Only 6 taps presently, but all good and several bottles. Limited menu with a few appetizers, salads, several pizzas, and some pasta dishes. Everything is fantastic. Service is as good as the food. Recent Fat Tuesday event with a firkin of Hopslam and a tapping of Batch 9000. Very nice addition to the North side of Fort Wayne. | | hotstuff (35), Indiana | | January 28, 2010 This restaurant/bar opened in August, 2009. They serve wood oven pizzas, salads, pasta, kids pizzas, and desserts. One side of the establisment the customer places his/her order at the counter, the other side the customer is served by a waiter/waitress. The Chef/General Manager is into craft beers and last night on tap the choices were Bells Hopslam, Boulevard Nut Cracker Ale, Boulevard Unfiltered Wheat, Dogfish Head Indian Brown Ale, and Jefferson’s Reserve Bourbon Barrel Stout. When the Hopslam runs out, word is Dogfish Head 90 Minute will take its place. The Carne pizza was excellent, service was top notch, and our waitress was beer educated which was impressive. There is also patio seating during the warmer months. Definitely will be making a return for more Carne pizza and good beer! |
