Bondesen (4), Copenhagen, Denmark does not count - explanation | | January 27, 2012 Københavns bedste øl-butik. Ejerne er de sødeste og øl-klogeste mennesker i verden. De belgiske øl er godt repræsenteret, men på lige fod med danske mikro-bryg. Og så har de et skønt udvalg af vin, chokolade og andet lækkert. | | ontbeermaker (119), Ontario | | October 13, 2011 Small little shop just off a very main shopping street, very nice man working the shop, he was helpful. They had a nice selection of the local stuff and imports, only place I’ve seen outside of florida with cigar city. they did still have nogne DH 2. overall it was a nice store, not a huge selection but pretty good. Nice that it was all singles. | | tmrmwel (15), Bergen, Norway | | September 12, 2011 A fantastic beer store, located in the middle of Copenhagen (in the process of moving, closer to the Kongens nytorv Metro stop, during the summer of 2011). Good selection of beers from around the globe, with a focus on Scandinavian, Belgian and American craft breweries. The range is sorted by style, with an own vintage section, and the staff is more than willing to aid with good advice. Value is generally very good. Probably the best beer shop in Copenhagen. | | Vignale (18), Malmö, Sweden | | September 12, 2011 Som att komma hem till sina föräldrar. En mysig affär med en väldigt personlig service. Bra utbud från klassiker till nytt. Mycket danska småbryggerier. | | SaintMatty (88), Uppsala, Sweden | | August 28, 2011 An excellent shop, albeit rather small, with a fantastic selection of beers, primarily from Denmark. The couple who run it are very friendly and happy to offer advice. | | esp0r (19), , Norway | | July 14, 2011 Very nice shop in Strædet with a good selection. Very good service too. I found some very rare norwegian bottles not applicable in Norway any more. Nice selection of danish micros, american micros, belgian beer and other beer. I left with almost 20 bottles | | Boudicca (110), London, England | | July 9, 2011 BarleyWine is a tiny shop (there were three people there when I went in and it was already overcrowded!) with an excellent selection of beers, sorted by type and not a Carlsberg or anything else in sight that I wouldn’t choose to drink. The name, type, country and price of the beer are shown on a brown paper tag tied with string round the neck of the bottles. The owners were delightful and very knowledgeable – one chatting happily about the different beers whilst the other produced the handwritten bill. They also sell glassware and a few wines and there’s a basket by the door with discounted beers that have reached their best before date. When I was there in May, the window was attractively decorated with yellow tissue paper arranged like daffodils in various bottles.

| | Nisse666 (60), Göteborg, Sweden | | June 25, 2011 Nice wee shop easy to find, great selection. Prices are OK but not low. A bit small hard to move inside. Friendly, relexed old couple running the shop. Some gems! | | mixos (44), Thessaloniki, Greece | | June 1, 2011 One of the best places in Copenhagen to buy beers. Great variety of European and American beers. Helpful staff. Nice prices. Recommended. | | Palme (40), Bergen, Norway | | June 1, 2011 A cozy little shop right next to "Strøget" Easy to find, really nice and helpful service, fantastic selection and great value. It can easily get a bit crowded but hey, who cares! Fantastic little place with lots of great beers. I also got some great glassware here. |
