Belgian Cafe

Had dinner at the hotel, decent enough. The Belgian cafe is a welcome change from the faux-Irish pubs that blanket this corner of the world, but it’s only InBev stuff, not real beer, so I refused to partake.

Same as the small chain of belgian beer bars in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. I hear the concept is from InBev but the beer selection is great for the region. Taps of Hoegarden and Leffe are nothing new butthe bottle mix is good and represents many Belgian classics. Mussels and fries are good but I dont think the banger and mash have pork unlike in Dubai. Over all still a bit plastic and corporate but remember this is Doha!
