nowadays, it is my favourite place in Buenos Aires to get a good craft beer, it is a proper downtown brew pub where you can get really good brews, Breoghan´s beer and also invited beers. Golden Ale is the finest Pale ale in the city, in my opinion. San Telmo Fire IPA is also great.
Of course there are other places to go, but they are growing up fast and also loosing their craft spirit. Then... as I said... Breoghan is the place to go...

Visited here in 2010 and in 2011. Odd opening hours and their beer not always available (rather amateurish as this is their tap!) On my 1st visit we were enjoying Breoghan Old Red Ale and when it ran out moved on to Antares Red which was sweeter and far less complex. On 2nd visit was just called Red Ale and not as good so tried the porter from Una Mas which was ok.

Nice cosy bar, good service. Didn’t eat, beer was good and the stout exceptional!

Quiet bar in San Telmo district. Trys but fails to present an Irish theme. Good selection of Argentinian & international beers. I think they brew their own stout but they don’t promote it. A quiet alternative to Gibraltar which is not far away.
