One of my new favourites in Helsinki. High quality brews and good food. The location has its cons and pros. Bryggeri Helsinki’s own brews are tasty and there are also some more Finnish microbrews available. Helsinki needs (more) places like this.

Nice, big, brewpub with 5-6 beers of their own and a couple of guestbeers. They serve german-style food that was a bit expensive but tasty. The golden ale was a nice treat even tho it wasn’t exceptional. Big nice yard too that might be very pleasant during the summer-months. Worth a visit!

Visited the upstairs on a Thursday afternoon. Small area that feels nice and cozy. Nice service, staff seemed to know about their beers as well as upcoming stuff. Serves fancy restaurant-style food as well as primped up pub grub and also lunch. Mostly their own in tap - four seems to be the amount usually: Two that are always there, pils and weizen, and two rotating. Some other Finnish micros available on tap as well. Serve by the desiliter which is nice, if you’re there for the ticks.

Centrally located brewpub that is focused on mostly German/European styled beers. Upstairs a small modern-ish Scandinavian styled pub and a tiny bottle shop, downstairs a proper restaurant. Good selection of Finnish micros available on bottles too. Food is quite good, but expensive and service can be a bit slow at times.

Visited during lunchtime, the small upstairs bar was empty, the bigger downstairs restaurant had few people. The bar had somewhat modern, "trendy", ambience. The restaurant’s interior design was a odd hybrid of a fine dining place and a Bavarian beer hall. Staff very friendly, gave recommendations without soliciting. As for selection, focus is in Finnish microbreweries, which is very welcome. Will visit again regularly.

Visited for the first time on a Monday in October 2013.
The location is excellent, in the middle of Helsinki, close to everything. The service was friendly and the atmosphere was relaxed in the early afternoon.
The beers were ok, I tried six of their own beers and I liked the Porter most. I did not try the food.
I guess I will visit this place again when i am in Helsinki next time.

Very large very modern brewpub in the center of town. Typically sterile Nordic ambiance, but there’s a nice outdoor seating area where we ate lunch. There was only one overworked server that day, I had to go inside to the bar to order and pay. Food was not bad, but overpriced for what it was. Beers are bland run-of-the mill styles, absolutely nothing special about them, and there are only 3 or 4 available. 3€ for a 20 cL taster stung a bit. Generic.

Convenient location in the city center. Nice new brewpub with a pleasant patio and friendly service. Didn’t try the food but it looked nice. Small shop with some beer, glasses and other accessories. Pleasant place to relax with a decent beer.

Visited on a Monday evening after arriving in Helsinki that morning from the States. We sat downstairs for dinner and it was a nice atmosphere but rather empty. Service and food were excellent, including dessert, beers were ok. Glassware was very nice. Good selection. Would have liked to have had more time.

Tasters are always nice with 100ml running around 1.5 euros a pop. Friendly helpful staff, restaurant in the basement with good food, a menu with suggested beer pairings and a good selection of bottled beers. Average prices for Helsinki. A small take home bottle shop is cool too. Nice terrace in a courtyard, Shari on tap too. Very nice place to check out in a great location.
