Made-from-scratch pub grub with local ingredients and influence, in an open-air rooftop café. Burgers and substantial and the leaning tower of patacones is pretty impressive. Plenty of seafood. Segua and Libertas in bottles from CRCB, plus the national beers. Killer sunset views over the water. Can get a bit crowded for sunset and dinner, so I suggest getting there a bit early.

excellent restaurant spot in Manuel Antonio, though filled with gringos, it’s one of the few spots around featuring local ingredients and recipes made with a modern flair that isn’t inside a resort hotel. two Costa Rica’s Craft Brewery beers (gold and red) in bottles along with 6-7 other selection, including the rare(!!) Bavaria Blue ;)
