December 11, 2005 Tiny place with room for 20???Maybe??? No food. One bartender usually better than anyone you’ll find at the brewery. Selection is a little less than at the brewery. Same good beer though. |

October 27, 2005 The Chama River Micro Bar, as noted in these places ratings, is smaller than your living room. Over a couple of pitchers of the amber ale and a pint of the oatmeal stout, my friends and I bullshitted and watched the baseball game a bit, talking up the locals and regulars and generally just relaxing. Small but comfortable. A literal hole in the wall. |

June 15, 2005 A very small tasting room right downtown. A geat place to stop off after work for a quick one. The double IPA was excellant, enjoyed their Hefeweizen. |

October 27, 2004 Ted Rice is the best brewer in New Mexico. The man is so nice! He hooks Whaleman and I up with hand-bottled bombers of his beers and gives us his business card good for 2 free pints whenever we go into Blue Corn (soon to be Chama River). This place is great-just a little taproom in central downtown Albuquerque. you can order food from various delivery joints in the area. TED ROCKS!!! |

September 28, 2004 [ Updated May 23, 2005 ] This is one of my favorite place to drink beer in Albuquerque. The downtown location is nice and smoking is not allowed, even though they could allow it legally. The small size makes it easy to focus on the beer or strike up a casual conversation if you please. Local food delivery is allowed (menus are available) and games like dominoes and cards are available. Plus dogs are welcome.

August 6, 2004 This really is a micro bar, not larger than the average living room. It is the place to go if you are downtown and want to drink Blue Corn but don’t want the drive to the brew pub. They have 5 different Blue Corn beers on tap at the time. |
