Fresh Market

I visited several Fresh Markets, most have the same beers. Prices are on the high side. But have a good selection. Many are located throughout the San Jose area.

The one I went to had a few beers, no more really than Auto mercado and more expensive. A couple of odd Italian beers I’ve never seen before, but nothing overly good. Just one North Coast and a pilsner.

Along with Auto Mercado, this small grocery chain has some of the better beer options in CR. Which is a relative thing. North Coast, Guinness Foreign Extra, Leffe and Hoegaarden, Paulaner and Erdinger. You pay for the privilege.
