Exceptional restaurant in the heart of Reykjavik.Great ambiance, great service and really good food.Nice but poor selection of local beers along with some commercial ones.Must visit for the food along with some local ales but nothing really special if you re only about the beer.I highly recommend it if you re into good food.

This is a fantastic restaurant that serves beautifully prepared food in an equally beautiful setting. Upscale-casual feel with a distinctly modern design, it I offers a large area that is parcelled into numerous intimately situated nooks and lounge-like crannies that impart a feeling of comfort and a sense of privacy within its grotto inspired design. So as to avoid breaching character max limits, I will simply describe the food as beautiful to look at, perfectly prepared, and a true pleasure to eat; it is of gourmet stature to be certain. Craft beer on the other hand is adequately represented in the form of several choices, but is definitely not the reason to come here, thus the low overall score. But as a restaurant it is in the top three spots in Reykjavik hands down.

Not really a place for beer hunters to go but one of the very best restaurants I have been to in Europe. Easily Michelin quality with smart design, friendly and attentive service, and the food is very, very good. There are a few beers on tap and I enjoyed the Borg IPA while I was there.
