Fun small town beer bar. This is not a quiet family friendly resto-bar, this is a bar, patrons seems like younger crowd in party mode. A cozy ground floor with some nice taps and a help-yourself fridge with bottles. You can buy bottles to go, not sure if it is standard practice in Lithuanian bars but I did find a few nice bottles that I took away with me. There is a second floor where we attended a special event, not sure if this floor is always opened. That’s the place I had the excellent Aukštaitijos Bravorų Velykinis Porteris Tamsus, so right there it was worth the stop. Overall a pretty nice bar.

Very much has the air of a student bar, a bit grungy, noisy, full of kids enjoying themselves. I kind of liked it. Very good service from the friendly barmaid. Selection does not really have any surprises, but it’s a good selection of Lithuanian craft beers.

Slightly grungy bar near the bus station, for and by the youthful. Doing Lithuanian highland beers including 75cl bottles. Don’t expect much more than that but it is OK.

Lively and noisy, but not in a bad way. Very young feel. Beer selection very good - many of the very best Lithuanian breweries represented. Due to the age of the majority of the people here, you can get by easily in English.

Excellent beer bar in the center of Panevėžys, serving lots of high quality Lithuanian microbrews, many of which come from breweries which belong to the Aukstaitija Bravoras group (Butautu, Kupiskio, Tarusku, etc.) I had here an amazing yet-to-be-named brew from Butautu from the hand pump, as well as super fresh Magaryciu Alus from Kupiskio. They sometimes show films on the second floor, but otherwise this feels like a regular student bar. If I were to spend some time in this city, I would probably come over every night.
