Visited here in November 2014. Huge very modern hotel/luxury apartment complex with shops and...a brewpub! Itís located in the foyer which is a little odd perhaps. Anyway, thereís an outdoor patio which overlooks the river which would be great but it was being used for a wedding on our visit. Certainly provided some interesting people watching.
Onto the beer... With ref to JapanTonyís review, thereís no point comparing the cost to a mass produced Cambodian lager in a can for $1. Thatís not what this is so of course itís more expensive. I actually thought it was fine for the price. Like I say, very pleasant surroundings. I donít think I paid $7 per pint including tax and service though - less than that. Anyway, I would say that this is as worth visiting as any place in Phnom Penh for beer. Decent location means at least itís not a trek miles out of the way.

I was excited when I saw the posters advertising microbrew here, but in truth it was a huge disappointment. Paid for a three 50ml each sampler, price said $3 but had to pay $5 after service charge and tax. Pints are $7 plus tax&service. This in a country where $1 pint of lager is common. If it was great beer I might concede it, but the beer all tasted thin and lacked hop character. One made with local honey showed a little creativity, but was still left wanting. Apparently the brewer flys in from Singapore once a month to brew. Nice set up, and real shame they donít have someone there who knows how to run it.
