We came here quite a few times in 2011 when we were based in HCMC for a few months. Although there’s only a choice of 2 or 3 beers, they are as good as you can get in HCMC and thus worth a visit for this reason alone. However, the food on offer is outstanding, particularly the Vietnamese offerings. The air-conditioned section upstairs is always welcome on a steamy day too.

A fine Czech style brewpub/restaurant filled to the brim with locals and the odd tourist. Wonderful ambiance with decent beers and lovely food, the service is hit and miss but overall it was a lovely evening.

My favourite of the three brewpubs we visited in Saigon. Pleasant atmosphere and the beer was quite nice. Czech style dark and pilsner was a nice change from the South-East Asian pale lagers. Good service and a nice place to relax with a couple of fresh beers.

Nice Czech style beers in a large large beer hall. They have a dark lager and a pilsner. I preferred the pilsner. Both were nice but hardly world beaters in their respective styles.

Relatively quiet on a rainy night outside. Large beer hall although the beer garden was washed out. OK beers and snack food available, probably one of the better places to drink in Saigon.

Massive. Based on a Czech concept with some help from the Czech authorities I believe. One of the original brewpubs in HCMC. The Eastern Eurpoean food done Vietnamese style is a travel experience. You have to do it. Makes a change from all that excellent stuff in the rest of the city!

A rather big place -> Czech, german, austrian style interior. Indoor and open-air garden. Some Czech inspired food items but also vietnamese items. Not bad beer - they had two different that day, and they had the same grainy + hay aroma / taste but was ok !!
