This is a nice place and a pretty relaxing place to have a few beers over lunch on a weekday. The menu for both beer and food has English and the servers all spoke a few words so this is a good place to stop in early on in your trip for a relatively easy dining experience for non-Chinese speakers. Itís also very close to the train station. The food here is a bit expensive but very good Thai food but the beer is pretty cheap for what it is so this costs around the same as an American brewpub for a sampler and lunch. The brew is decent and one (the Hefeweizen) I thought was pretty great. This is not a place to go looking for the new big thing in craft brewing but if you just want a decent draft and some tasty food, it will hit the spot.

I visited this place 22.6.2013. The restaurant is very small with a tiny beer garden in front. Beers are ok at the best - tasted a Pale Ale, Scotch Ale, a Rye lager and a Stout. Last was the best one. Except the stout all others were too sweet. Although you do see some vessels behind the bar, brewery is located not on site but in Taipei, so itís not a brewpub, more a restaurant. They serve Thai food which is very delicious. Service is very friendly and fast. If you are close by I would visit.
