66 AMBIANCE 4/5 SERVICE 5/10 SELECTION 10/15 FOOD N/A VALUE 6/10 OVERALL 14/20 JorgeLee (71) , England | September 19, 2012 Nice old school proper pub, handily located in St Helier. Several cask beers, mostly Marstons and their stable, a large cider selection, lots of screens for watching sport. A good place to visit when in town. | 66 AMBIANCE 4/5 SERVICE 7/10 SELECTION 9/15 FOOD 7/10 VALUE 9/10 OVERALL 13/20 TBone (188) Pori, Finland | July 19, 2010 Good pub in any standards. They have 7 cask ales and one real cider (Jersey Premium Cider) available. Four of the casks were gravity served, 4 handpumped. Skinners Lighter Fuel is their house ale. Staff is mostly Polish. Also very large whisky selection. I visited three times during my stay. Also ate once - good and cheap. Recommended. | 62 AMBIANCE 3/5 SERVICE 6/10 SELECTION 10/15 FOOD N/A VALUE N/A OVERALL 12/20 Gazza (160) Worcester, England | September 7, 2006 The best real ale pub on any of the Islands; this top little pub, very close to the Weighbridge bus station, has around 6 cask ales on at any time with Skinners of Cornwall being regulars as well as Ringwood. |
