Great place! Decent prices and good selection with some gems that is very hard to find in ZA. I found Westmalle, most brewdogs available in ZA, some absurd belgians, A LOT of ZA microbrews, a good selection of English ales and a decent selection of weiss and dunkels from germany.

Mainly a wine and liquor store but with a pretty solid beer selection. The best Iíve seen so far anywhere in SA actually. There is a pretty long wall cooler dedicated to SA beers and some imports. Dogfish head 60 minute was even present if I remember correctly, although the imports were mostly European. Good selection of Darling, Robsonís, Boston Brewery and a few others that were new to me. Prices were decent (roughly R30-R35 a bottle ($3.00-$3.50 at todayís exchange rates). Good place to stop.

I havenít visited other beer shops and I canít compare, but Iíve been told this is the best one in the area. There is a good number of SA beers, some imports to satisfy the locals; I also appreciated finding here the wine I was looking for and many local port wines. The place is a bit messy, with boxes everywhere; I got good help.

One of the biggest craft beer selections that youíll find in JHB. From international beers to craft, to commercial. An all in one beer stop. Not badly priced either.

A bottle store with imported beer, local beer, local micro beer, LOADS OF BEER! This is the most types of beer I have ever seen in one place in South Africa. Sadly, it is still a small collection to what I had the privilege to experience in Scotland. But this is the start! We can now start to get proper imported beer easily.
